Very pleased with the service from Tapi in Cambridge, both in the showroom when selecting, ordering and arranging, and the on site estimating and fitting. Two visits so far by the wonderful fitting team, Jim and Louis, with a super lay of carpets to two bedrooms, two landings and stairs, and the hall. Jim and Louis are coming again this week to fit in three ground floor rooms to finish off.

Very impressed with my first order on AliExpress. Ordered a boxed game on 18 July 2024 for delivery to UK. Delivery expected 29 July. I received almost daily progress or tracking updates, far more than any other online store I have used. The game arrived on 25 July in perfect condition. Super service at a super price!

BCC website was easy to use and I obtained a rough valuation of my coins (ranging from gold sovereigns to 19th century very worn silver) from it. I sent my coins to BCC by Royal Mail Special Delivery on Thursday and received an acceptable valuation by email the next day, which I accepted over the weekend. I was paid by BACS on the following Monday. So fast and efficient, I thoroughly recommend BCC!

The website is very easy to sign up and use, with a comprehensive database of currency notes. I had a wide variety of no longer in circulation foreign banknotes, all easily found on the database. My letter with my foreign notes was acknowledged by email, and my £ payment for them received 2 business days later, all as promised in the submission form I generated from the website. Sign up to £ received took just 7 days. Very impressive! I highly recommend this service.

Ordered 9 October, website tracking and email saying despatched 12 October. Nothing arrived so I emailed PS 19 October. PS reply 20 October said "You may have received an e-mail stating that your order has been dispatched, unfortunately that is not the case", because of an error in my pet details (I had made an error). Perhaps my error should have been drawn to my attention before PS sent an email claiming to have sent my order, and before 10 days later I had to chase to query non-receipt. I replied by email 21 October correcting the error. No reply from PS despite chasing emails on 27 and 29 October. Order arrived 2 November.
