Stop bowing down to publishers
First off Shopt.net have always been good when I've used them in the past, mainly because new releases would arrive a day early but over recent years I've noticed them bowing down to publishers and holding back shipping until the last minute which has led to me buying more digital games over the last couple of years.
I've recently moved house and no longer have a fast connection so digital downloads are out of the question so pre ordered Uncharted 4 thinking it would be here a day early only for them to put up a notice on their site a few days before release but after the order was processed so I couldn't cancel.
My post usually comes about a hour before I leave for work but sometimes later, it shouldn't be a problem but these days most new releases seem to have a several gb day one patch to download as well, Uncharted 4 has a 5gb patch to download so there's no chance of playing it this morning anyway, if it does turn up before I go work then I'll at least have a hour or two tonight, if not then there's no chance of playing it today as it'll take several hours to download the update.
That's it for me with Shopto.net, I know it's not 100% your fault but while publishers are releasing games that need large patches downloading from day one you'll be getting no more business from me unless you revert back to the company that I used to recommend to everyone, the one that didn't bow down to publishers and shipped games early.
Edit: Just got in from work and no sign of it so that's it for me with shopto, great for anything in stock but for pre orders they're the biggest bunch of quilts going when any developer/publisher threatens them about breaking street date, oh and you can shove your fiver compo, you should have offered us the chance to cancel instead of putting up a sly notice once payment was processed
