Awful way to book

After looking online I received a call, but I was out at the time of the call and asked if she could call back. A time and date was set. I did not receive a call back at that time.

I called the customer service desk as I want to check a few details and add some checked luggage. But my quote was not saved online. So I had to go through all the details of the trip again and recalculate the costs. When I said I had a quote reference number I was told it was just a number and did not actually store details of my trip. This makes no sense at all. How did one person see if but no one else could? It when it came to the additional trips she managed to find what I had originally chosen. So there is a record somewhere. So after recalculating the holiday I asked if I could have the new quote sent through as I would have to check with my friend if she was happy with the new price. The quote was emailed to me.
I shared the details and my friend tried to book the holiday using the book button in the quote. But again it just took us to the first stage of booking a holiday and we needed to re-add everything!
So again I called customer service to book the trip with the newest quote. Again I was told there is no record of this quote and I had to go through everything again. This was absolutely ridiculous. How can you send me a quote and not record it again? This time I had to go through everything again, but the lady booking had no access to anything at all.
Overall it was a very stressful way to book. Of course a person will want to review a quote prior to booking so why is this not stored on my account. The only reason I continued to book with you was because I have holidayed with you before. But please look into this system! It is appalling.

Very easy to book and the actual test…

Very easy to book and the actual test it’s self was fast and simple. The results came through very quickly. My only issue was with the directions for the test site. Yes there is a map. But that takes you to Starbucks at Luton. I sent messages to the WhatsApp help desk and they couldn’t help me and kept referring me to the map and they couldn’t even advice if the site was marked as collinson or not. It’s not by the way until you get inside and the site is in a rented building outside the terminal. Please could you give better directions just to stop the worrying. Thanks

Anything But Hassle Free!!!

I have have had to deal with this company since the death of my sister. I am currently trying to sell her home and so it is already a very stressful time. I have been trying to contact Hassle Free boilers via email and phone to obtain a final settlement statement, but have had no reply. Even my solicitor is having difficulty. Since the lack of response I have had to place the sell of the house on hold. Which is causing further financial and emotional distress at an already difficult time.

Very easy and stress free.

Overall it was a nice cheap quick get away. Everything was easy to do and all online the hotel was nice and booking the pick up was great to have booked in advance and one less thing to worry about. The emails to remind me what needed to be done was great.

Would use Love holidays again!! Thank you for a great holiday
