Review of house insurance renewal 2024-25.

Despite the inordinate number of very lengthy attachments, we were helpfully guided through some of the trickier areas by Rachael De'Ath, without whose support we would have been severely challenged. I have to say that navigating my tax return is a doddle by comparison! Is it not possible to simplify some of these things a bit? I cannot see myself coping with all this in ten years' time, when I may still be owning a property. Despite these negatives, we ARE very grateful for all the help received.

The overall experience was 90%…

The overall experience was 90% excellent. The reason for the 10% shortfall was what I described in the answers to the survey I've just completed: the need to phone your call centre to cancel two bookings of fully flexible tickets, something which should have been possible by using a cancellation button on your website - but the button was missing!

We had excellent service from Cisco Homes, and would be happy to recommend them for what was done in our house, insulating two areas of roofing. The two who did the job were punctual, courteous and efficient. I do not think I can add anything further, but would be happy to speak to anyone who wished for a testimonial.
