When it goes wrong.. they don't really care. I am well nearing 3 weeks without the broadband and no updates from Glide on when it will be resolved, not even an update on what they are trying to do. STAY AWAY.

I am a driver on GetTransfer app and I have been scammed. I signed up and completed ±20 rides, agreed to payout terms that had a bit of a delay in order to maximise profit. But then, the company changed the agreed payout terms without my consent and now are saying that I will be receiving my payout in 7 MONTHS TIME. The customer service has been super-unhelpful, responding to my requests with a copy/paste message each time.. no matter the question. God knows what will happen in 7 months time, they may be already bankrupt by then!

Shocking!! When it comes down to the customer service - it’s undoubtedly one of the worst we have received as a family. Due to pregnancy, we froze the account, but later down the road had some complications and now are unable to attend gym. But TotalFitness refuse to cancel our membership despite an official letter from GP stating the problem. Going around in loops now... They are trying to charge us the full price!!!
