It was easy to fill in details and find what I wanted. I did miss out on the discount code, though, as I accidentally went out of your website as I was trying to copy it!

I was disappointed - I chose a birthday card to send to my sister in the UK, to go with my order but there wasn't an opportunity - as far as I could see - to sign the card. So, my sister, whose memory isn't good, will have opened a parcel with a gift and a blank card!

I was most impressed with the service given by High Street Vouchers. I didn't read my order properly and it wasn't until the order had been posted that I realised I'd okayed the wrong delivery address..... completely my fault. When I notified the company they responded immediately and informed me that should the vouchers be returned they would post them to the correct address with no extra expense for me. Fortunately the intended recipient was able to track them down before they were sent back. She is delighted with the vouchers and I will definitely use High Street Vouchers again.
