I left this gym back in 2017! Apparently they were still holding my name & bank details 4 years later. I joined the gym to lost lbs not £££'s. They have offered 12 months free credit monitoring with TrueIdentity to help protect from fraudulent transactions. I checked their site and apparently they offer 'Completely free identity protection' to everybody already. Thanks Total Fitness, perhaps it'll be free air next time.

No complaints here, we were dropped by Paypal after 10+ years with them (They decided that no longer accept vape related sales, you now need 'approval' apparently), so we needed a trusted, reliable alternative and fast! This company got in touch with me last year and it sounded like an amazing opportunity to advertise within the NHS, don't be fooled, we got zero return on our £2000 investment, again the ads look very nice but the only people that see the ads are the other poor businesses that were tricked into taking adverts out. At £2000 for 2 years advertising its not small change they're after. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Its a very sophisticated how they work to draw your hard earned cash and sales staff are so convincing. I only hope by posting this review it stops anyone else falling for this and them earning another penny!
