Review of Unison
I appreciate the great customer service with their products. But the products are great themselves. I just used Sound Doctor to mix a song I had previously mixed. I deleted almost all of my other plug-ins just to see what I could do with Sound Doctor by itself. I was very impressed. The song still lacks a little bit of tweaking, but other than that, it is ready to go.

The customer service rep was very responsive. He listened to my concern and took some time because he had to research the issue. Then he came back with a detailed response to resolve my issue. I appreciated the time he took and not just looking up a templated answer. Very good customer service.

Review of AVG Technologies
They nickel and dime you on every tiny product, instead of just giving a total internet security at a reasonable price. No matter what I buy they constantly try to upsell me. I always need something else to be safe. It's very annoying.

Review of Bandzoogle
BandZoogle has the makings of a phenomenal product. There are many very nice features. If they improved the shopping cart (like being able to see lost shopping carts) features along with the email features, it would be an unbelievable product. However, if they maintain the spirit of improvement like they seem to do, they will get there hopefully. The trick is for them to not just think like computer geeks but also marketing gurus.
