It was a bit confusing as I had already supplied the information required but was still asked to provide it again

After making a complaint about faulty furniture, I was called straight away by a lovely person called Joanna, who offered me a full refund or replacement. I went for the replacement and everything was put in place to deliver new stuff. Excellent customer care. Well done Oak Furnitureland

Although i bought the extra value kitchen, i was still impressed by the quality and finish of the kitchen and would recommend it to anyone. I needed to buy an extra item and was impressed by the customer service centre who dealt with the order quickly and professionally, letting me know exactly when it would be delivered. The delivery team were also great, ringing ahead to let me know when they would be arriving.
