I ordered a parcel

I ordered a parcel. It got delieved to the wrong address and consequently got stolen by the dodgy construction workers there.

DPD says they won't be liable, as it approximately is the same GPS location. END, where I bought my parcel, says they won't be liable either so I can't issue a refund.

Dodgy practice and terrible customer service.

I have yet to receive my parcel

I have yet to receive my parcel. It got delivered to the wrong address and have yet to be found.

DPD needs an additional 6 working days for the "investigation", despite showing up yesterday saying my parcel had been found and would be delivered just 20 minutes later. That wasn't true. This means I can't request a refund with END until a two full weeks after my order.

I don't recommend buying from here.

Update:

Atrocious customer service, too. Refuses to be liable of a wrongly delivered parcel and wont bother with a refund.

AVOID at all costs.

Bestilling af bredbånd

Jeg bestilte en stofa bredbåndsforbindelse for halvanden måned siden. I første omgang fik jeg bestilt fiberbredbånd, som jeg skulle vente i en måned på for endelig at få at vide at det ikke ville være muligt at få hvor jeg bor, på trods af at deres hjemmeside mener noget andet. Derudover skulle jeg vente i yderligere to uger på at få en tekniker til at installere alimindeligt bredbånd, en som jeg selv var nødt til at få ringet efter, da jeg bare havde fået tilsendt et modem. Trods ventetiden, kom der to meget professionelle teknikere og fik installeret en forbindelse, som har kørt uden problemer de sidste par dage.

Stofa kan anbefales, men kun hvis du har en ordentlig portion tålmodighed.
