Lovely reading pillows, it was nice being able to personalise the girl as well as adding name and birth flower.
I only have 4* as who ever delivered it just threw it over the garden gate and left it.

1st time using Sun Transfers and I would highly recommend .
In the info they sent me, there was a photo and instructions of exactly where to pick the transfer up. The gentleman on the desk was friendly and very helpful.
We did not have to wait and the mini bus was clean.
Driver was great.
I will definitely use Sun Transfers again.

Easy to create the book and it was delivered quickly. Unfortunately it came with faults, 1st page not stuck down to front cover and 1 whole page photo had lines all down. I went onto the chat to report problem and after uploading photos of the problem they instantly ordered me another book, so I was pleased with the quick out come. Issue resolved very quickly.

After posting my 1st experience with CottonTraders, i have just had a nice follow up call from Cotton Traders who have apologised for the experience i have had and explained the high phone charge comes from my mobile provider and not them, their cost is only 7p per minute, i was also given a local rate number that is on their web site
( the phone number i called was on the invoice). I have also had the cardigans successfully exchanged. Thank you for your customer care, it is appreciated.

Cardigans I ordered came up miles too big, so I tried to call customer services to get an exchange only to find its a premium rate number. I called my mobile service provider to change my call plan as I was unable to call this number. Once done I called Cotton Traders only to get cut off twice mid way through call. This cost me £2.50 and I am still unsure as to whether my exchange has been successful or not... only time will tell.
I won't be using Cotton Traders again as its not customer friendly if you have a query, by the time you pay p&p and the cost of call its cost you over £6 before you have even paid for your goods.

Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. When we finished our main meal our plates were not cleared and we had to pile our plates up to get our desserts on the small table that the 3 of us were on !
On the positive, the lady that saw us to our seats was very smiley and friendly.

First time i have used currency club and was pleased with the whole process. Competitive rates, easy to order, email notifications and speedy delivery.
I would use again and would recommend them.
