Have had a rucksack for well over 10 years. A clip broke recently (although it still worked fine) and the company arranged an immediate free replacement clip in no time at all. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
Review of Rail Ninja
First time using Rail Ninja. After having the original tickets cancelled by them (message went to spam), rebooking costs went up. Then, without notice and once I had paid for the re-booked tickets, I was informed that the rail trip we had planned would be mostly by a bus replacement service. The spokesperson dealing with the issue was very reasonable but said that the ticket for the bus leg was not refundable. However, the company did offer a goodwill gesture of a voucher for future use or a partial refund of the fare.
