We had our taster for introduction to coding and creating games etc. Our son loved it.
Natasha Reynolds was so patient and great at guiding him through h the different stages and instructions.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sandie for over several years and I can say that she is absolutely amazing. She is amazing at getting all sorted at such a fast pace and will respond regardless of time or day. Thank you, Sandie.

The website never showed the tickets as purchased and I ended up buying the same tickets 3x. Contacted them and they said they do not refund. This means I have a total of 6 tickets that I have paid for when I only needed 2. Awful. Not using this again.

Some products had been opened and used and were half empty. This was from the box set! I went through customer service chat and nothing happened. After my review, i was contacted and the agent was able to offer a refund or replacement. I asked for replacement as it was not the product I had an issue with but the fact that some had arrived opened etc..
I had purchased many other things and they had always been in excellent condition and I am assuming this was a one off. My issue was resolved fast.

The delivery was smooth and the guys were very helpful.
They took my old machine away amd brought the new one in with no fuss at all.

Pretty decent for the price. Coffee is very creamy. Only issue I can see is the weight of the machine being so light- it glides when you are trying to twist the espresso head! But, easily sorted by placing a mat underneath. Better than some expensive ones I bought previously. Milk frothy is easy to use too. Will defo by again!
