The company is funded on a great idea with green energy as a supply. They were certainly taking risk at the time but the competition is increasingly more attractive and let’s say the charge point on services are becoming more and more unreliable (if working at all).
Unfortunately, I can only agree about the billing department. They signed me up for a tarif for which I did not apply for.
They promised me on the phone things that they never delivered on (smart meter replacement and recalculation billing). Now, I’m having to do the complaint process and probably escalated further. They mentioned that I was informed by their customer service of that change so asked for the recordings, still awaiting for them since over 2 weeks (delayed apparently caused by a reviewing all recording for data protection). I don’t mind at all about paying the excess but only if calculated with the correct tarif.
Switch is on the way, sad and disappointed really. I would not recommend them.
