- These criteria and outcomes were communicated transparently via multiple grouped emails.
- All related support tickets have been individually reviewed and responded to in detail.

Please note: Free Payout is optional and not guaranteed. As a business offering services from just £/€6.99 a month, we follow a model similar to other subscription platforms that provide premium features or perks at an additional cost.

Het bedrijf is inderdaad failliet, met jammer genoeg, de nodige gevolgen. Het moge duidelijk zijn dat dit nooit of te nimmer de insteek of bedoeling geweest is.

Je geeft aan dat je mij een uitermate onbetrouwbaar persoon vind. We hebben in de afgelopen maanden verschillende keren contact gehad. Ik hoop dat ik in die communicatie mijn intentie - om de gecreëerde problemen op te lossen - heb laten doorschemeren. Dit was, tot op het noodgedwongen faillissement, nog steeds het geval.

En inderdaad, heb ik bijv. qua communicatie niet het vlotste gereageerd de laatste tijd, zo zijn appjes of belletjes niet snel beantwoord. Echter heb ik ten alle tijden gehandeld naar eer en geweten en met de insteek vóór het bedrijf & dus ook vóór o.a. de klanten.

Ik begrijp dat er financieel, alsook gevoelsmatig leed is ontstaan.
