The Sales people lie to you to get the…
The Sales people lie to you’re to get the booking. Then once you have booked and paid they have no interest. I am dreading this holiday because this company has been awful just at the booking stage.
Well below you can see they are just words. They said sorry but a dedicated agent would reach out to discuss my situation. Well 4 days later no dedicated agent has reached out. Customer Service doesnt exist with this company.
No dedicated agent has been in discussion. I get emails with no names on them, hiding behind anonymity. There is no one being helpful it is just trying to justify your lies, in fact compounding the lies. No attempt to solve the issue has been made 6 days later. The issue here is the Sales Agent lied about aspects of the trip to get the booking, this became apparent once I paid and confirmation was sent. Its clear now you have the money there is no interest in your giving any customer service. Even you trying to tell the world a dedicated agent ( how would I know there is no name on the mails ) would enter discussion ( is that speaking ? )with me is a lie, well after 6 days it hasnt happened.
Lies and more lies. Sorry for confusion ? The agent lied to me about the flight details in order to get the booking. I have requested a copy of the audio from you, please post back here to let the readers of this review know you have sent it.
Should I add its the information I wasnt given which is the issue here. Even though this information was known.

Very very poor once you have bought
Very very poor once you have bought. No phone number to call and when you email you get a standard email response which ignores your request. Slow to refund on cancelled events including I am waiting a refund 4 months after an event was cancelled.

Out of Stock but still showing for sale
Well having seen what looked a good range of products i decided to try them for the first time. 2 days after my order i go an email saying the item was out of stock and a refund. A shame but i went back on the website a few days later and item was showing available. I did email about this and got no response so i did phone up customer service. They confirmed even though i was looking at the screen showing in stock that it was in fact out of stock. I asked if there were many items listed that were not in stock and just got a response that from time to time this happens. So no idea if items i am seeing are actually available, in this modern day of online shopping baffled how items are being listed for sale that are not available. Shame looks some nice products but cant see me using a website hoping it might be available.
Update. item still showing available 3 days after contacting them by phone and told it was out of stock. Clearly their website is not a true reflection on what they have.

Absolutely awful service with no interest other than taking money
A big thank you to Trustpilot and a belated thank you to Ray at Viagogo.
From reading my review on this website Ray at Viagogo was straight on the case and at last someone at Viagogo looked seriously at my complaint, agreed with my points and resolved all the issues. Thank you Ray ! Still have to say this is how customer service should be and Viagogo need to make improvements in this area as it shouldn't have taken my to post a review here to get action.
That said Viagogo well Ray at Viagogo did solve the issues so thank you and I am continuing to use the site which when things go right has in the past been good.
I had sold 2 tickets for a concert that had to be posted out on the 18th November. The ticket company were late delivering the tickets as I was told would be posted to me first class on the 18th. I contacted Viagogo on the 17th to explain the situation as they ask you to do. I was told this would be fine. I received my tickets on the morning of the 19th and immediately got them dropped off to UPS at 1300 to be posted to the buyer. The concert was on the 23rd. UPS took 6 days to deliver so arrived too late for the concert. My sale was cancelled and I was charged an additional £24 for replacement tickets. They have no interest in responding to any of my points about having contacted them or the rubbish service of UPS ( 6 days 2nd class post is quicker ). My first 3 mails were responded with the exact same stock answer of not sent on time ( yes 13 hours late but had been told UPS delivery 3 days late ! ). 4th mail met with response write to Switzerland. The 5th back to not sent on time and didn't get an extension on postal date. Told by phone that it was ok to send next day so that's a
Iie. No response to UPS taking 6 days and no response to explain the additional charges.
There is Zero customer service with this company, difficult to get to talk to anyone that can actually help you. Plenty of other resell sites to choose from.
