Rubbish company

I have chosen one star as I cannot chose zero stars lol. Without hesitation, this company offers to ship overseas. As a customer, I expected that there would be no implications or extra import fees due to the easy shipping lists to various countries. On my part, I was silly to think that this company had arranged logistics overseas.

But this is a scam to get more business without considering the client will most likely have to pay more fees on arrival. I paid this company £45ish, but received an import cost of 95 euros to release my items from the Spanish Customs Authorities.

When I tried to reach out to this company, asking why they uncaringly ship overseas without bothering about the fees, I had a one line response “because 40% of our customers are overseas”

I wish I’d seen the terrible reviews before using this company. I hope someone sees this and it helps

To clarify, as stated in our Terms & Conditions on the website under “Shipment outside the UK”:
“We have no control over taxes, customs and fees on orders sent outside of the UK. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.”

These charges are determined by local customs authorities in the receiving country, and unfortunately, we have no ability to influence or absorb them. Many of our overseas customers are familiar with these procedures, which is why we do ship internationally, but we always recommend checking with local customs offices before ordering.

We truly regret that this wasn’t the experience you expected and will take your feedback on board to ensure that this is made even clearer during checkout for international customers.

My items have not been sipped from

My items have not been sipped from
August 3rd - I have tracked my shipping at it says Shipping Exception and that items been returned to Sender (they have not left China). I have contacted Frugo and they don’t reply.
