Went into Pandora Kingston to buy a pair of earrings. Unfortunately the ones I liked were out of stock in silver. The assistant offered to check if they were available to order online, which they were and she advised that I could have them delivered to my home with delivery charges waived.

I will never order from HOF online again. Their customer service is appalling. I tried to return an online order to store only to be told I had to send it back via post.
I returned the item back via Royal Mail and paid for postage as HOF don’t offer free returns. This was over a month ago now. I’ve not had any acknowledgement from HOF and no refund. I’ve tried contacting them several times via email but still have no answer regarding my refund.
There is no way to speak to someone on the phone, the only way is web chat or email which are both useless.

Really happy with my mattress which i bought for my 11year old sons midsleeper. Great service and was delivered next day, other companies had a long waiting time for the same mattress.
