Such fast delivery, just before Christmas!

First off, I'm grateful to receive the package this morning, 23.12.22. However, I received email Tuesday, saying the package would be delivered by the end of Weds 21 Dec. I took the option to redirect to local pick up point. The redirection request was confirmed. After that, I had no further updates, which made me very anxious. I went to the pick up point on Thurs 22 Dec - no package. So, I had given up hope of receiving the parcel before Christmas. It was good to receive the parcel today, and luckily I was home, but it is a mystery why it wasn't delivered to the pick up point. It doesn't give much confidence in the service.

I don't often buy last minute tickets in this way. I was pleased with the ticket price and thought the e-ticket system worked very well. I hadn't noticed the booking fee plus handling fee, so that bumped up the price but I suppose there has to be a profit, so it's probably fair.

What I would like to see on Viagogo and other such ticket websites, is to make it compulsory to be more specific about the seats. Many of the offers only stated which block of the arena the seats are in. It would be much more helpful to always display the block, row and seat numbers as it makes a lot of difference to how much one is prepared to pay.

Overall, I was very pleased that I bought the tickets and at such short notice was fairly happy with the value.
