Great website, quick delivery, clear and detailed instructions, brilliant product.
My small front door window had uneven glass on the inside but I took a chance and the Art Deco design stuck perfectly and looks fantastic. Really pleased with my door now, and would recommend Purlfrost to anyone wanting to liven up a plain window.

Some screw holes in the Moses basket rocker I received were not aligned, so I emailed a photo and received a reply immediately with apologies and a commitment to replace the parts straight away. I received them within a couple of working days. No fuss or quibbling, no sending parts back, just pleasant, efficient and very quick personal service. A lovely company to deal with.

Five items all individually wrapped (wasting plastic and time) although delivered at the same time from same source. Website did not recognize 4 of the items as being delivered so had to go on a 'chat' to sort out returns.

I received no dispatch email and sent a message to that effect. My item (poorly packaged) arrived nearly a week after I'd ordered it with no explanation for the delay. A reply to my message was received rather pointlessly after that. This was my first order from MedicAnimal and I will not order from them again. A poor service compared to their competitors.
