Shocking service
After not receiving my phone deal a few days after having it confirmed, I rang the helpline and had to wait atleast 30 minutes to speak to someone and then that person told me that some parts of my deal were out of stock, which I had no idea of when ordering. Then he told me when they were going to be in stock, 2 days after they were meant to be in stock, still nothing so I called them again and spoke to another person who assured me that everything was in stock and it will arrive the next day, however still nothing. If I hadn't gone out of my own way and spent a long time on the phone then I would have no clue why I hadn't received my items, no emails or anything. Service has been really poor, still don't have my phone.
