Nicolai was helpful and extremely quick to respond to my emails. Price match was straightforward. Items arrived in Aarhus within 24hours of the first email. Super comfortable company to deal with.

Happy Customer - Will Return

Excellent range of products that span leisure and commercial sector. Prices are good and delivery within Denmark is quick. After experiencing an issue with some epoxy resin on delivery, the issue was easily sorted and a replacement was sent quickly. Bue Net functions as a useful drop-off point for service of Viking Liferafts. Service is carried out on Bornholm by an authorised service centre, but even with the small shipping fee, the cost of service is less than service at Viking in Esbjerg.

Oven Failed Just Outside Warranty. High Cost to Fix.

Our IQ500 oven thermometer failed 3 weeks after our warranty expired. The oven became inoperable. Siemens offered a service technician to visit a week later. The call out fee would be DKK1.395,00 plus parts. Warranty should exist to protect the company where necessary. Choosing to enforce the terms when a component fails just outside of warranty, but well within its useful lifetime does damage to the brand. In this case we are two parents to three children who will look elsewhere for our future white goods purchases.

Hi Tristan,
So when is the date for handling service outside warranty. You have 2 years according to the law, but you feel that we should extend it for how long?.
For me for us to go in and cover warranty outside warranty periode is not something we can do or should do, because 2 years is 2 years and also we offer consumer a +3 years warranty for d.kr.795,- would it be fair for them, that outside warranty cases are done for free.

Customer Service Issues - Waste of Time and Energy

A recent flight from USA to Denmark was changed due to a late-arriving aircraft. The initial 2 hour delay would result in missing a connecting flight and therefore cause a 10 hour layover at Frankfurt Airport. The flight was rebooked by extremely helpful and efficient USA customer service, but a pre-purchased bag could not be transferred to the rebooked flight. USA customer service said that I should email to have the bags refunded when I returned. I did this but was denied a refund because I should not be entitled to compensation on account of the initial delay being less than 3 hours. After an ongoing and frustrating email dialogue, during which Lufthansa deemed the case closed several times, my persistence paid off and I received an apologetic email which cited high work load as the issue and agreed to refund the cost of the bag. The process was a frustrating waste of time.

Decent Products. Poor Customer Service. Beware of Repairs in EU.

After being heavily invested and generally satisfied with Arc'teryx equipment, a recent and ongoing customer service experience has soured my impression of the company. A coil zip failed on my Cerium down jacket. Arc'teryx agreed to replace the zip and I paid to send the jacket from Denmark to their repair partner in Switzerland. After previous warranty claims, I was aware of the need for the jacket to be meticulously clean prior to repair. I washed and dried the jacket as per Arc'teryx's instructions the day before it was sent. On arrival, the repair partner deemed the jacket to be needing to be washed due to discolouration of the cuffs under the wrist; a health hazard to their staff. The cleaning fee is €35. I objected. Arc'teryx sided with the repair partner and a frustrating exchange of emails ensued. Nearly two months later I have still not received my jacket.

In terms of our Warranty Service, the teams at our repair facilities have certain standards for cleanliness, health and safety in place in order to maintain the highest level of quality possible. Though we understand it can be frustrating to receive a wash fee for an item submitted for warranty, this is done in order for product service to be performed to the highest standard, without any other factors potentially disupting the process.

R&G have an excellent selection of high-quality materials and tools for production of composites. Materials are often less expensive than equivalents from better-known brand names, but adhere to the same standards, and the quality is good. Prices on products and delivery are good, and items are delivered well-packaged and quickly.

Good Customer Service Experience.

I ordered two Veritas planes as my first order from Dictum. They arrived quickly. On arrival the low-angle jack plane had a small manufacturing defect and was returned at no extra cost. Customer service was excellent; a new jack plane was sent promptly and without question.
