A good range of electrical items at fair prices. My order was in two parts and as one item was not available at the time they kindly send the rest of the order in advance in order to fit in with our schedule. Good communication througout.

Very easy pick up and drop off and good price with sensible mileage allowance. Helpful, pleasant staff and excellent nearly new van which was easy to drive. Good to be able to leave my own car there while I was away with the van.

We have been letting properties for over 20 years and have had all sorts of tenants and managing agents through that time - both good and bad. Portico are in a league of their own though for all round incompetence, rudeness and disorganisation.
We only became involved with them when they took over a previously very good managing agent but it did not take long for their excellent staff to move on and we were left with the Portico way of doing things: unanswered calls and e-mails, failure to deal with issues and dissatisfied tenants as a consequence. Almost a year after our last tenants left and we had at last parted company with them they called telling us they had found a new tenant! Only today they sent us an "unpaid bill" from 2017 that they had failed to deal with.
I realise that yet another one star review will add little to their Trustpilot status - surely one of the worst on record?- but I would warn both landlords and tenants away from them.

Good product at good price but “next day delivery” took 3 days.
However it appears this was a temporary problem with the courier which is now resolved.
In fairness they were helpful in doing what they could to resolve the matter so I would use them again.

I'm hopeless at haggling with dealers although I know I have to do it so this made things very easy. I think I probably got as good a deal as I could have done even if I had been a super-haggler and certainly a better one than I could have managed as I am not.
The dealer was great and a completely hassle free experience. Thanks especially to Zeinab and her team at Listers in Grimsby (which I never even visited by the way)
