We apologise for the delays regarding response times today; due to the nature of your requests, limited members of our team can assist with this but we're happy that everything was resolved within a few hours of raising the issues to us. As you somewhat mentioned, we as an organisation would rather ask customers to wait slightly longer for an individual member of our team who is well-trained on a certain issue rather than provide possibly unsatisfactory responses.
