Great Garage & Service

Returned to John Clark to buy my 3rd car from them. Have always had great service when visited there.
We met salesman James Westwater who showed us the car we were interested in buying. He was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable could not fault him.
We had an issue with the car but James told us next time we were in Aberdeen to come to garage and he would top up the car for us.
Lovely seeing him this week and he did indeed fill up our petrol tank.
First class service as always *****

First class service

I contacted tommee tippee by email regarding the prep to go flask that I had bought for my daughter. It was only working for a couple of weeks then the light on lid stopped working. I chatted by email to Sophie and Jude asked about how the flask was being cleaned. Informed them replacement delivered to north east of Scotland 3 days later. First class customer service would highly recommend tommee tippee aftercare service.

First class customer service

Once again I got in touch with Beverley at TT as the warehouse had only sent out 1 pack of baby bottles when 2 had been ordered. I emailed Beverley to inform her at weekend knowing they weren't working at weekend but knew she would get it today. I received a reply from Beverley saying that she was disappointed that this had happened. She said that she had ordered the bottles and they would be sent by next day delivery. I received the email from Beverley at 8.10 and received email to say they had been dispatched by warehouse not long after. Beverley emailed me back asking if I wanted her to call me and if there was anything else she could help me with. Brilliant experience cannot fault Tommee Tippee espically with Beverley onboard *****

Cancelled payment from bank / Cancelled order

I ordered a large order last week when special offer was on. My bank blocked payment as it was in the 3 figures sum but did not notify me.
I was waiting for an update from Tommee Tippee about delivery and then I went online and discovered it had been cancelled. Really disappointed as the special discount had stopped and it was going to cost me another £67 for items.
I contacted Tommee Tippee office today and explained what had happened to call handler Beverley. Beverley was absolutely brilliant and rectified it by giving me 20% off my order. Really happy with the service I received and I would definitely buy from them again.

Very pleasant and helpful call handler. Talked me through my quote and did not feel rushed at any point. Very happy with quote provided with all the health issues I have. I will definitely be recommending them to friends with existing health issues

Absolutely amazing product stayed in place the whole day at my sons wedding no riding down with them.
Well worth the money i have bought 3 pairs of them now. Dont think about buying them just do it you wont regret it

Excellent staff at store at Tescos…

Excellent staff at store at Tescos Elgin very friendly and helpful. Jen and Jamie are a real asset to the store and I wouldn't go anywhere else to get passport photos printed and other photos printed off.
