I have had a couple of deliveries from DPD this week. The same driver, Tauqueer, on both occasions. Both deliveries have arrived within a few minutes of the timescale quoted, Tauqueer is very professional and pleasant as are all the DPD drivers I have encountered. Excellent service as usual!

I am always relieved when I am advised that my deliveries will be via DPD. Their drivers always turn up well within the delivery time slot, the drivers are always polite and efficient and my parcels are never damaged.

I have visited the Redditch and Selly Oak stores a lot during the past week collecting and returning parcels. The staff at both stores, especially the men's department at Selly Oak, have been so friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to shop there.

I ordered a dress online as I needed a petite length and quickly and unfortunately it wasn't available at my local store. I ordered on a Saturday, paying for next day delivery, but given it was the weekend I wasn't expecting my delivery until Tuesday. It arrived early on Monday morning and was a perfect fit. Excellent service I will definitely use online ordering again!

Easy to use service from start to finish. This is the second pair of glasses I have had from glasses direct and they can't be beaten on price or quality and my glasses were delivered in 7 days. I had my first pair of varifocals with them last year and was apprehensive about straying from a high street optician, my husband recommended them to me. Glasses Direct provided a better quality varifocal and reaction lens than I had previously had and a price that couldn't be beaten, which is why I have used them again. I've been wearing glasses for 45 years and these are the best quality lenses and frames I've had. Would thoroughly recommend.
