I have ordered from some perennial catalogs that have sent really sad plants to me, and have had very little customer service. I did some research on Dave's Garden (a great website) before ordering from Bluestone. I have ordered several items from them each year for the last 4 years, and have only positive things to say. The plants they send are healthy, and assuming you care for them properly I would expect them to flourish. I have purchased clematis, hydrangea, lavender, russian sage, and other items. With the lavender, most of the plants looked very healthy, but a couple were a little sad on arrival, and those died over the next several weeks despite reasonable care (the others flourished)--I called them and they happily and quickly sent me replacements for the plants that did not make it.

I will definitely order from them in the future and would recommend Bluestone to anyone interested in ordering plants online.
