I have been trying for months to get the sim plan cancelled. We got it for my son for last Christmas, he gave the watch a go but he very soon stopped using it altogether (after about a month or two). Useless piece of crap. I forgot to cancel the sim plan and when I realised a few months ago, I sent an email. No response. Many emails later no responses! I have cancelled my direct debit and my hopes of getting a refund for the months of ignored payments in the meantime have now vanished. I'm now getting reminder emails that my monthly payment has failed. Funny, they were very helpful in the beginning setting up the damn watch but come to ending it, they are no where to be found! Tori is fantastic. I've been going to her pilates classes for years and I always come away with nuggets of wisdom! I used to have constant lower back problems from poor posture but Tori sorted me out and I've been pain free for years now. I attended one of her workshops recently, Tori's knowledge is seemingly endless. Great practical advise you can put into action. Would highly recommend!

I placed an order for 5000 flyers, there were two choices for the thickness, one being like a take away menu the other like a post card. I thought the post card would be too stiff to sit comfortably in magazine distributions and my take away menus are fairly sturdy. They should have stated a cheap take away menu because the paper I received was so flimsy. This would get crumpled up being put through doors. The overall feel of it was cheap. Not to mention that the thin boarder on my pdf (which was fine on the preview) was uneven on all the print outs. Thicker on some sides and thin almost non existant on others. Their complaint service is efficient but they refused to do anything about it as this is what I ordered. I won't use this company again, I'll look for a more professional product next time even that means paying more.
