We ordered these lights and are very excited to see them installed in our stairway. Although we have not yet tested the product, we still give 5 stars because I ordered them using a $20-off discount. Immediately after ordering I went back to the website and just happened to see a coupon for 20% off (this would save us a total of $60, much more than just $20). I contacted the customer service team about applying the more beneficial coupon to my order and without a fight or fussing they happily made the change and issued me a refund of $40 for a total savings of $60. I was pleasantly blown away with how reasonable they are. They understood that had I been aware of the other discount I of course would selected it instead. This is the reason I give 5 stars and would highly recommend them to everyone. Their reasonability and top-notch customer service!

There were great lighting options at what we felt like were reasonable prices. The items shipped relatively quickly and arrived seemingly undamaged (we haven't fully taken them out of the box yet, but we will soon). The process from start to finish was smooth, easy and trustworthy. We recommend.

For being a defensive driving course, it wasn't the worst one I've ever taken. The only things that I didn't like about it and therefore keep me from giving 5 stars is 1)the course said you could finish in 5 hours and that's just a blatant lie, it was still 6 hours like every other DD course in Texas. 2)There were numerous glitches that were irritating, like the timer for each chapter not updating right away once I went to the next chapter, and how sometimes the video for a page would be, say 1 minute long, but the timer made me stay on that page for 2 minutes.. What is the point of that, other than to annoy the person taking the class (ie me)? There were also a handful of grammatical errors, but that's not part of the rating, I'm just pointing it out so someone can go through and fix them because that's not a great look. Other than that it was fine.

It was user-friendly and a simple process. I especially enjoyed the PayPal option of getting paid because it was instant. I enjoyed using this service and will definitely use it again if I ever need to sell any textbooks, or even movies and CDs.

The product came to us in great condition and was just as advertised. We will be sure to use Craft Cuts again the next time we are shopping for cake toppers!
