Sasha and Elliot were a brilliant pair, professional and helpful throughout. I used their services for a Help To Buy loan valuation, would recommend to anyone looking to do this or similar and will be using them again myself in the future.

I found the customer service team very helpful and responsive. Clearly care deeply about their brand and want others to also. Would recommend as a unique brand for unique clothing.

My order (bra) arrived damaged. Have contacted the retailer 5 times now with most messages going unanswered and then once I thought an adequate resolution was reached (they offered to send a replacement) they never followed up nor sent said replacement. Total waste of money and the worst customer service I have ever received.

The staff at the Bankside sofa.com were extremely helpful! They helped me reach a decision on a new sofa without any pressure whatsoever. They know the products extremely well and listened to my needs. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

I was extremely disappointed with the size of the bunch I ordered. I gave them to my Mum as a congratulations present - my sister and Father did a similar thing and paid a similar amount but their flower bunches were at least twice the size of mine so my present looked pathetic in comparison. Would think twice about the size versus the picture and consider ordering elsewhere.
