Well to be perfectly honest, for the price I expected something a little bit of a better fit, I know pattern parts are ot perfect but this one I received is not very good to be honest the gaps are terrible and it is going to need lot of work to make it fit anywhere near close.

Booking the ticket I was after was quite
straightforward, no problems, quick and easy no delays you sometimes get.

The service and help I received during my getting a quote and eventually cover for my car was an easy exercise, I would recommend the company to friends and family, a very good positive experience.

From time of ordering to time of receipt of item was very quick it still has to prove itself in the field so unable to comment on effectiveness

Shopping for some paint ,unfortunately the site I went to did not have the size I wanted but they were able to tell me of another of their sites which had it in stock just a couple of miles away, sorted.

Straight forward booking and being able to get tickets printed at drop off site makes life a lot easier.

I was after some bird food and there was an offer of fat balls which I went in for so sorted

Purchase of coachscrew was reasonably good though not in stock as was next day delivery , collected next day but sadly no text message to say they had arrived in store, only by chance did I get them as I called in store to see if they had arrived.

It was fairly straight forward though I did find the site a bit disjointed.

Very satisfactory process from ordering to picking up the item that I had ordered online on click and collect total time taken including travel under hour and a half very pleased.

The service was good but unfortunately the items I went in for were not stocked to the correct level as shown on the computer system so I was unable to get all of the goods I went in for

Whilst phoning to renew my insurance it was a very straight forward experience no problems

Needing a new pair of glasses I saw Glasses Direct advertised so I thought why not and so I filled in the forms required unfortunately my prescription did not fully reconcile with G Direct form so there was a bit of a delay in getting the Glasses made but once this was sorted things moved quite quickly on receipt of the Glasses I was surprised as to the fit on me which was comfortable and also importantly the vision was good especially being that they were varifocal another factor which was very good the price comparison is also a major factor to take into consideration I will certainly be using Glasses Direct again great value

Very pleased with the glasses I received today no issues with them, comfortable fit and sight was good very good value only problem was a communication problem regarding the prescription other than that all went well, would use again
