Interesting Story!
My claim was paid in full without too much extra effort or information on my part. In fact, they paid my claim twice, in error, which they didn't even recognize. I returned the extra check to them which they have not even acknowledged to this day. Moreover, as it turned out, I returned both checks to them because I was not charged for the missed trip (which was the basis for the claim). So I was doubly honest and I have never received any thank you or acknowledgment from them. So I had a good claim experience, but the company has some processing issues they need to resolve as I could have pocketed $2,000!
