My claim was paid in full without too much extra effort or information on my part. In fact, they paid my claim twice, in error, which they didn't even recognize. I returned the extra check to them which they have not even acknowledged to this day. Moreover, as it turned out, I returned both checks to them because I was not charged for the missed trip (which was the basis for the claim). So I was doubly honest and I have never received any thank you or acknowledgment from them. So I had a good claim experience, but the company has some processing issues they need to resolve as I could have pocketed $2,000!

In addition to making a great watch product, the company has excellent customer service and prompt shipping. I highly recommend the company and its watches.
