Great company until you try calling…

Great company until you try calling about your policy after 15 minutes of questions about my identity I gave up. Their reply to my review is not what happened. The data security questions were excessive compared to other companies and I became unsure if I was about to be scammed. I ended the call as a result of this. I wanted to add to the policy when it renewed and not the then active one. This was impossible online.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are unhappy with us. I have looked at your file and can see that you didn't want to go through data protection questions.

These questions are required by law and it ensures it keeps your data safe so that no one can access your personal information. Once this was confirmed, the agent has noted that you didn't want them to confirm the details of the new policy and that you also didn't want to answer the set questions.

To ensure all the information is correct on your policy and the responsibility lies with the agent who sells you the policy, certain criteria does have to be reconfirmed or asked, to ensure there is no problems in the event of a claim.

Your policy has auto renewed today, to come into force at midnight when your last years one expires. If you have any questions or you don't require the policy, please send me an email to customerexperience@staysure.co.uk and I will be happy to call and go through it with you.

Zero Service

In mid- May I ordered an in stock item and was told that despatch would be within 3 weeks. I then found a message next to the order that it would be a further 2 weeks - no date. After more than 5 weeks (In June) I emailed them (no telephone during the crisis). They then promised (a week later) that it was to be despatched by the end of the month. That came and went so I asked for a refund. Now 10 days later I am told there will be NO REFUND as they intend to despatch the item in the next TEN DAYS. I will be getting the item I ordered nearly 3 MONTHS after ordering not 3 weeks! If I hadn’t emailed them I would have been none the wiser about despatch dates etc. Customer service from them has been DIABOLICAL. I won’t be using them again!!!!

Grat Customer Service

I only ordered one handle but when it had not arrived a week after they dispatched it they replaced it no quibble and got it to me in time for the fitter coming. Excellent customer service!
