Communication almost perfect, cocked up at the most critical time because of snow.

Wasn't ever told the ETA, until about 40 minutes before delivery, which is poor, but the previous work day was snowed off so can't judge that one fairly

I have passed on your comments to the relevant depot with regards to the communication before delivery. Unfortunately the weather took certain parts of the country by surprise, we always try and fulfil all deliveries where possible and re schedule to the nearest day when an obstacle has been put in our way.
