Excellent service

Excellent service, flowers and cake exactly as described and print on time delivery. Prices seem to be pretty good when comparing to other similar companies. They also answered a message I send quickly. I have used other similar companies in the past but I will now stick with Potico and can recommend them honestly.

I have found the service very slow from…

I have found the service very slow from receiving prescriptions to despatching them. Once an order was stolen from my letterbox that wasn’t their fault but the customer service representative said she will send it again with expedited delivery, then sent it Royal Mail 48 which is not and expedited service and she would not budge , so why say you will send it expedited when you won’t, it’s annoying. Then my last prescription was paused, I wasn’t told. Just waited ages , I called them to be told they wanted information from my GP, I called my GP who said they hadn’t heard anything from them so I just gave up. Had them return it to get from a regular pharmacy and now have changed back to a regular pharmacy for all future prescriptions. Would be could of it was faster and they communicated better, but they have a problem with communication.

I am very sorry to hear that your order was not handled as expected. I can see that our pharmacists did raise a query about your prescription due to the note the GP included with the prescription; from what I understand we needed some clarification from your GP and this should have been resolved much faster.

We would typically aim to resolve any clinical queries within 1-2 working days, but this took much longer in your case which I am very sorry for.

We did return your prescription to the NHS database to allow you to collect your medication locally as I understand you were in need of your medication locally.

I have finally deleted the app and…

I have finally deleted the app and closed. Y account as they are so bad. Items always missing which isn’t really their fault but it’s the way they deal with it. Refunds of less than item cost and absolutely no consideration about the person sat eating nothing. No offer to send missing items and they don’t even offer any additional credit for the inconvenience and disappointment of the person missing their food. Terrible customer service lets it down totally.

Excellent UK cube store that actually…

Excellent UK cube store that actually is in the uk. Immediate dispatch and fast delivery. I was slightly worried reading the terms about not shipping in boxes but 2 orders now of multiple cubes and all cube boxes in perfect condition so no need to worry at all.

Super stuff

I used monzo when they first came out. No problems, great features. But now the business account is upon us it's just superb for what I need. And it's in the uk not like that Revolut rubish thay can take ages to do bank transfers. Monzo is instant. Connects to my Natwest personal account and being self employed this helps as I'm really just the same person and can see all my finances as well. Full intergrstion with Xero is another plus Only downside is no phone support, if there is a real problem it really is required to speak to someone so this is why I have given 4 stars instead of 5.

Give it a try and put the high street banks to shame

shocking behaviour just got worse

the account is good, the customer service is shocking. imagine one day you are abroad and they freeze your account. you supply the requested information and then they tell you they will close your account. You cannot speak to anyone that can look into it. you are just told the same things. What do you do? You are stuck abroad with now money: well they don't care. Never ever change your name as this seems to make them go crazy . You have been warned, it seems good, but only until things go wrong

And then when they cancel your account they say 'transfer your funds within 21 days or we will revert them to where they came from. then on day 2 they just revert them anyway.

They like to bang on account strict regulations, funny how they are the only bank to do this. I showed them where my funds come from many times and this was accepted many times. nothing different this time.

Revolut is an appalling company that is happy to drop you like a stone, lies through their teeth with misinformation. it's lucky i always screen shot their messages, it's a shame i can't upload their proven lies on here for all to see.

My review is in two parts really

My review is in two parts really, the product and then the customer service. The mattresses is just superb, I sleep reealy badly for no particular reason, I have tried pills and potions and everything else suggested to me but noting works. So far this has so I'm am pretty amazed.

There was a cock up with the collection our old mattress but contacting the company about this and getting it collected was easy, I didn't experiance any never ending 'push this and push that' phone systems and those that I spoke to were very professional and courteous. The sales person I also had dealings with prior to purchase was also spot on. The lady that sorted out the collection of the old mattress also contacted me to ensure it had now been collected. I cannot recommend this company and product enough. I shall order 2 singles now for my kids!

I used to always get my liquid here …

I used to always get my liquid here then had a silly phase of getting it in pound land or similar. I am glad I returned as it is so much better, a vast array of flavours all at an incredible price with fast and free delivery. And you get loyalty points which is a really great bonus.

Terrible, and lies make it worse

Ordered a cross trainer from Amazon, (if i had known it would be a company that is something to do with Yodel i would not have), received a text message to say delivery between 07:45 and 11:45. Took the morning off work, no delivery. Called Arrow, 'oh the driver won't answer the phone, its just delayed'
Took the afternoon off work, still no delivery, called again, oh must be a problem with the drivers phone, don't worry it will definitely arrive today i am told. Gets to the end of the day, obviously its not being delivered, called amazon, they call Arrow, arrow say delivery attempted, well that is why this company is terrible, no delivery was attempted so its a complete lie. Absolutely shoddy company with terrible management that seem to think lies are fine! To be honest i don't know why amazon who are generally a really good company to buy from would give a contract to this lot!
