Had an issue with time delay on my Omega watch service and battery change I raised concerns and have today received an email and a phone call from management.
I have used these guys before and thought they were brilliant.
Their customer service today was in fairness superb and they have decided to send my watch to Omega and have stated they will incur extra costs if they arise.
I can’t ask for more than that and will give further praise once my watch returns and I’m happy with it.
For now my faith has been restored.Bravo.

This will be my go to bowls company from now,great stock and great customer services.

Am now unable to attend Elton John gig at O2 in 2023.
Joined queue at number 18 waited half an hour to chat with Iveta who refunded my ticket cost within a couple of minutes.

Received item next day no issues would use again.

The movement of suppliers was without hitch,hope the service I get is as good as the move over was.

No problems setting up insurance,decent quote and the communication was great.

Easy to get insurance on line and when I phoned to ask a couple of question they were very honest and informative.
Hope I never have to make a claim but am confident it will go well if needed.

Ordered a Maradona Framed picture,The picture and the signature on it were beautiful.
The frame in my opinion was nowhere near worth the £40 that was charged for it.
Let them know my opinion of frame and was offered 10% off my next order.
If I do re-order I certainly wouldn't order a framed print and would search elsewhere first.

Chose headphones and then price searched,these guys were the cheapest and I made the order. From now when I need headphones these guys will be my first stop. Great communication via e-mail, I choose free delivery and had my order in hand 27 hours later, bravo Rubadub.
