Excellent tent. Does what it says. Easy to erect and take down. Literally takes a few minutes. Left it up in garden in torrential rain and remained completely waterproof. Delivered very fast. I’m very pleased. I bought the two person tent just to get more space while fishing.

I have just recently taken up kayaking at the tender age of 68. Knowing little about the subject I looked online to find out where I could purchase a personal floatation device and found this excellent shop. I was met by friendly, smiling, helpful and professional female staff. Knowing nothing about which floatation device I actually needed I was guided to that department where I was personally assisted to choose the correct Bouyancy Aid. I certainly recommend this shop and will buy from here again!

Unfortunately the bad reviews are true. There is no way this could ever be a military grade smart watch. It is cheaply made and would be easily damaged. I won’t repeat what everyone else is saying except all the bad comments are true in my opinion. My advice? Don’t buy.

Excellent company. I’ve bought my koi from them for many years. Great fish at fair prices. Just bought 10 assorted koi which arrived today in excellent condition via courier. Worth a visit to their fisheries too. Would always recommend.

I have bought numerous boots in my time. Thought I’d try a pair of these. Wish I hadn’t! Made of plastic. Uncomfortable out of the box. Socks slide down when wearing. Overpriced rubbish. Back to my trusted Merrells.

Absolutely incredible! I book a guitar in a hard music case to take as oversized luggage. It is a case about 4 feet long, 2 feet wide and 5 inches deep. Black with metal corners and 20 kgs. It has brown plastic tape around it as extra security. Inside is the body of a guitar packed with bubble wrap.
At the airport it went through at the desk with a label attached by the airline.
When we got to Oslo airport it did not arrive, so we filled out a missing luggage notice. All we keep getting from the airline is that they are searching for it, now two days on!
This is a large, noticeable item. How anyone could lose it is incomprehensible!!!
This object belongs to us and it is the airlines responsibility to look after it and transport it as paid for by us! It’s totally unacceptable.

I wanted to add baggage to a flight to Norway. I thought I was speaking to the airline but (inexplicably) somehow I ended up talking to this travel agency instead?! Anyway after taking £130 from me to add a guitar to my luggage I realised this wasn’t Norwegian Airlines but these scam merchants. When I insisted they refund my £130 they refused saying it was not refundable! I then find out I still have to pay extra at the airport! Admittedly these cowboys did then refund £40.
Avoid these people.

I bought a beautiful leather coat from these people. Excellent quality. Soft leather, fits correctly and stylish. I was so pleased I decided to buy a jacket from them. Unfortunately I accidentally ordered two jackets instead of one! They refunded me without any argument or hassle. I recommend this company and their products. Keep up the great work guys.

What a complete and utter shambles! For a company of this magnitude you would think they would get their act together.
I have had a couple of loans with this company and decided to pay off the balances early. I did what they instructed online and used a bank transfer using their bank sort code and account number. After several days nothing was showing as paid on my account on the app so I contacted them on chat to enquire why? After a very stressful conversation it was agreed they would investigate.
When I heard nothing I telephoned to find out what was happening. Trying to have a conversation with a person from a foreign land with a different accent to me was difficult but eventually it was agreed they would pay a ‘temporary’ amount to clear the balance, which, surprisingly actually happened. All lovely you might think except this morning I find they have attempted to take a loan monthly payment which if I (hopefully) hadn’t cancelled would have not only put me in debit on my bank account but would have put me in credit on me M&S loan account!!!!!
Come on M&S you can do better than this.

So I purchased a pair of leather tactical gloves from this company. They arrived in good time but one of the Velcro straps was not attached to one glove. Also, although I ordered size XL, the gloves are nowhere near that size (which is my glove size in any other glove). I would need XXL so sizing is not accurate in description.
The response from Military 1st is send photos (fair enough). Did that with proof of purchase. Then it’s send them back. I know the law regarding replacement /refund and the company is fully in their rights to request I send the goods back. But why should I have to take the trouble to do this? Out of good faith they could just send a replacement with a size that actually fits me. Very disappointing and won’t be buying from them again even though for years I’ve been a regular customer. Bad show.
Well the company insists they need the item returned or they cannot claim a refund from their suppliers. Can’t have a very trusting relationship with their suppliers I suppose. Hey ho. Hope if you order anything from this company it all goes better for you.

Very disappointing. I’m a 67 year old male and I applied for mortgage cover online. Not a massive mortgage (£62000) over a 5year period. Although I’ve had a couple of medical conditions, these are non-continuous, benign and I am no longer receiving treatment for them. After spending the time to fill out the application I got to the end to be told they were unable to offer me insurance. All I can say is this company must be doing really well to be able to refuse insurance to someone who is basically healthy. Incidentally I held mortgage cover with this company for many years with my previous mortgage. No customer loyalty whatsoever.

I have just now received a (prompt) reply from Royal London by email. I have now been asked to fill out their online form so they can look into it. So it’s down to me to take the trouble of doing so instead of them looking at my application and dealing with it from there. Priceless!!
