The phone I received was not new

I ordered a brand new phone and I received a box without a charger, with no plastic film on the screen and with a security seal that is not the original one from the manufacturer: obviously an open box!!!
When I contacted GOMIBO, they came with the explanation that they randomly perform extra quality checks and they open the boxes prior to sending them. I checked online the status of the IMEI number of the phone and it returned the information of a phone that was activated in Grece, 3 weeks prior to the order that I placed. Therefor the phone is NOT NEW. Eventhough, GOMIBO still claims that the phone is new.
Here is the copy-past of their answer: "To guarantee that we sell top-quality products, we sometimes perform checks. That check means that we break the seal ourselves to check the quality of the product. The seal that was put on the box is our own seal, that we placed over the original seal. Your product has had that extra quality check. The device that you received from us is completely new and, of course, comes with a 2-year warranty.
I hope that this explanation gives you some more information. If you want to receive a new phone, you can return the old phone and we will sent you the new product as soon as possible. However, I can not guarantee that the seal will be intact, because there is always a chance that we broke it to perform that extra quality check."
Or in other words, even if I return the phone and I am not sure to receive a box that would not be open.

Le téléphone n'est pas neuf

Le téléphone que j'ai reçu n'est pas un appareil neuf. Après vérification sur Internet du numéro IMEI, il apparait que le téléphone avait été activé en Grèce, 3 semaines avant que je recoive ma commande.
Le coffret venait sans chargeur, le film plastique protecteur sur l'écran n'était pas présent, et la scellée sur la boite n'était pas la scéllée originale du fabriquant Motorola.
Et lorsque je prends contact ave GOMIBO, ils m'ont répondu (en anglais) comme quoi ils ouvraient les coffrets pour s'assurer que leur standards de qualité étaient respectés!!!! Produit defectueux

Cartouche d'encre pour Epson PictureMate 100.
Livraison rapide comme annoncée. Mais produit non comptatible a 100%, et une cartouche avec très peu d'encre.
La cartouche d'origine a une rainure qui permet de guider la cartouche dans son logement; la cartouche de substitution ne dispose pas de cette rainure. J'ai donc du enlever le guide de mon imprimante.
Autre probleme plus grave et inacceptable: après 3 nettoyages des têtes d'impression, deux alignements et 3 impressionns de photos, la cartouche était vide!!!
Pour mon prochain achat, je prendrai une cartouche d'origine.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous laisser ce commentaire malgré votre déception.
Cependant nous remarquons n'avoir reçu aucune réclamation (ni mails, ni ticket SAV).
En effet, nous aurions pu vous indiquer qu'il vous faut effectuer des nettoyages des têtes d’impressions avant l'utilisation des cartouches, ou le cas échéant effectuer un échange ou un remboursement. Cependant cela n'est pas possible si nous ne sommes pas mis au courant de votre problème.
