It provides a good warm light over our dining table.

Staff are really helpful and responsive. We bought large curtains (over 3m wide) and they are beautifully made and arrived extremely well packed so they were hung and looking gorgeous straight away. Have also bought velvet curtain fabric from them and it’s excellent quality. We’re big ‘Terrys’ fans now.

Really happy with our Purlfrost window film. I followed the excellent instructions and it went up easily and looked brilliant straight away. It’s on our front door - nearly 2 metres high - and makes the hallway look so much more inviting, as well as providing much-needed privacy. We will be ordering more for other windows.

Friendly and understanding response to what turned out to be a stupid question from me. They patiently explained what I needed to do to get the correct meter reading and then promptly corrected the bill that had been over-charged initially due to my incorrect readings. Very happy with Octopus, as always.

Bulb are committed to green energy, but are also very practical. The costs are lower than the 'big' energy suppliers and their website is pleasingly simple to use. They regularly review standing orders so you don't end up overpaying (unless you want to) and they are constantly working towards greener energy provision.

Great service. Collection was quick and easy, however I have two minor complaints.
1. The email notifications had images that wouldn't load, including a QR code. So that method of identification wasn't available to me. That just meant I had to enter my phone number and a code which was fine, but (due to my next point) made me worried a passerby would see my phone number. Silly, maybe, but that's how I felt.
2. My collection point was on a not-so-salubrious street in South London and it was dark when I did the collection. The loud booming voice of the instructions from the pickup point made me very self-conscious and I felt like an obvious target as it drew attention to me. I wasn't picking up a valuable item, but I can imagine it becoming a popular place for criminals to hang out and jump people after they've picked something up.

The desktop and mobile sites are good and it's well worth creating an account so you can manage bookings easily.
