Just received my latest order from Cloud. I know I have posted a number of reviews on Cloud but there was a flavour I used to vape by HOF called Donutman. It was discontinued but IDK (But can seemingly be ordered again from overseas at time of review) but IDK Cloud managed to do it but they have re-created it 1:1 and it's called Swirly Custard. I normally order Salamanca which is their baby and it is THE top notch ADV IMO + 1 or 2 others. But Swirly Custard is soon to be one of those + 1s from now on in. If it lives up to you're non coil killing recipe then well done to you as HOF Donutman used to murder a coil within a 30ml bottle. Keep up the good work guys and gals of Cloud Vapours. In store and over the phone you guys have always been great !!!!

EDIT : HOF Donutman came in 60ml bottles. Apologies to the good folks at Kilo. That was an epic flavour.

Everything nice and straight forward on the website. Good communication throughout. Fine pair of trainers and well packaged.

Product details are very good and TECC include customer opinions alongside the products so it's easy to make informed choices.

They also have a guide to e-liquids so that you can pitch what e-liquids to go for based on your regular smoking habits. In addition to this they have lots of facts on e-liquids such as composition of the liquids and ingredient sourcing ethics that really give over the impression that you are dealing with a caring, quality company.

As a nice little plus side they also have a savings calculator that gives you a projected savings by going the e-cig route as opposed to buying ciggies.

Delivery was very quick as opposed to the 5 - 7 days stated. I placed my order late on Wednesday and received my starter kit and e-liquids Friday. Pity I had bought 100 ciggies to do me until my kit arrived, but hey them's the breaks. As a nice gesture TECC credited £5 to my account after placing my 1st order.

As TECC are aligned with Totally Wicked it's also worth while looking at the TW website and forums for advice on how to take care of your gear.

I am really glad I decided to go with TECC for vaping as there are plenty of other providers out there. But I think they have all bases covered so as long as they keep up the good work they have just won themselves a loyal customer.
