This was the first time I have used the "Click and Collect" facility. It was just so easy, you can drive right in to the collection point - no need to park. I was met by a helpful young man who took one look at the paperwork and dashed off to fetch the goods while I entered the "office" to get the paper stamped. The whole experience only took about two minutes. Brilliant!

I like Nature's Best very much; their products are reliable and up to date. Their website is great for ordering. However several times when the courier has been Parcelforce the package has been left at random Post Offices up to 12miles away when they could easily have left it with a neighbour. The last time the parcel was left in the greenhouse - which is fine.
