I placed an order for an item listed as in stock and it was then cancelled with no explanation or pleasantries, no offer of a similar replacement item or any other details of if or when the item would be available.
Customer service is unfortunately not the best and I am still without a solution, disappointing.
Review of Formula One Autocentres
Great website, easy to order what I wanted.
Had to wait a week or so to get the exact make and specification of tyre I had selected but the price was as good as I have seen. Used an online voucher code to reduce the price by a further 5%.
Used Formula One Autocentre after a recommendation from a friend as they said it was clean reasonably priced with very helpful pleasant staff. This is what we all expect but when was the last time I experienced good customer service like this?
