I wouldn't give them single star. It's been second time I'm waiting for parcel collection and they cannot be bothered to come. No customer service to speak to over the phone. The ones on the chat very rude.. I would never use their service again

They took money for my sons swimming class but removed him from the list as he was not a resident of that building where the classes where held. Never returend my money and don't respond to emails. Looks like a proper scam. There is no contact with the office at all. I also mentioned that I was on waiting list for months I. Uther locations so I wanted my money back. But you ignored ny emails.

Hi Emilia, You booked your son into a residents only location on Saturday 30th Sept and emailed us accordingly when you realised you have made an incorrect booking. We resonded to your email first thing Monday morning when the office opened asking you to look at other options so we could move your booking and awaiting a resonse from you. Please look in your junk folder as we can clearly see that we resonded to you at 8am on Monday 1st Sept and today is Tuesday morning and again we have already emailed you!

What a ridiculous company. Lack of customer service. First they lost my parcel then they marked it as delivered. I have never received the parcel. Such a joke. Never ever in my life had so many problems withbthe delivery companies like this time.

Although the cake looked beautiful, and ticked all wowzzz, the sponge was dry, huge amount of buttercream in the cones. I guess I prefer the cakes with mascarpone cream. Learned my lesson for future

I am sorry to hear about this, all of of our cakes are baked fresh for delivery but I will pass your feedback on.
We do recommend to leave the cakes at room temperature for 3 hours before serving otherwise they can appear a little dry.

I bought duvet cover thinking I bought the whole set. Unfortunately this time I looked at the picture nor a description. The worst is you can not get pillow cases in this colour...my bad but the picture is misleading.

They changed the name for the pharmacy at Royal London Hospital to Numark but the same issue continues. Waiting Time is outrageous. You wait 45min to fi d out they don't have this medicine in stock, where I asked them to print the receipt so I can go other pharmacy without waiting. They said no. After 45min we came out with the prescription printed as the medicine was not in stock. Ridiculous. Lady at the counter having chit-chat with another person where so many other people waited to be served...
