A really easy to use website, clear screens and carriage options. Good range of products with updates at every stage and such a quick delivery.

Placed an order for delivery as a surprise birthday gift, but nothing arrived and no correspondence was received.
When I emailed I was informed the package was damaged during delivery and therefore returned.
I don’t believe that I would have heard anything without my enquiry.

A very enjoyable evening spent at a cushion workshop hosted by Kristan.
Really well instructed with lots of fun and laughter, ending up with a beautiful, quality cushion to take home.
Would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to book another one.

I was looking for a new sewing machine and have always rated Singer. The outlet website is really easy to use and very good value.
The delivery was very quick and the items were well packed.
The machine itself is a little bit too plastic, but understand that helps in keeping it lightweight. The foot pedal could definitely do with a little more weight however, to keep it in place when in use.

I was kept informed of the progress of my order and was notified the day before delivery of a 3hour time slot. I received a phone call giving me an estimated arrival of 45 minutes. The delivery was quick and efficient and the delivery man was very polite.

Once it was all sorted I could continue with contributions knowing it was all in one place.

Saw Betty's on tv with Nadia and Fred and wanted to try a fat rascal and fondant fancies for myself. I found them on the internet and was thrilled to see you can order for home. I have just received delivery which was really well packed and totally enjoyed a cup of tea and gorgeous cake. The website is so easy to use and the products are just as good as the photos

I wanted our collections to be reinstated from bi-weekly to weekly, but despite correspondence, the collections hadn't increased.
After conatcting customer service via their website, I have been reassured our request has been updated and we should receive collection tomorrow.
