My worst customer service experience EVER
Firstly, don't believe the "discounts" offered on the website or the fact that the discount will end anytime soon. I assure you it won't!
Once you have ordered your items, its probable that one of them will be discontinued. Once this happens, expect to take accountability for revised your own invoice, as they won't return that element of the 50% deposit taken.
Delivery services are then highly inflexible. If you aren't available on the day they want to deliver, you'll wait until it suits them to redeliver the items.
When the delivery team do turn up they will certainly leave their shoes on, walking mud etc through the property with no consideration. They'll definitely the forget to ask you for payment, but lie to the office so that the office thinks that you are a credit risk.
What will than follow is your phone ringing over and over again, until you are able to answer it to make the payment. Despite explaining the customer service that you've received to the Customer Service Supervisor (Ki******) she will and I quote "Fail to see what the problem is"
At which point you give up, make the payment and write a review for others to read in the hope that they will choose a different supplier.
@Designersofas4u I’m not disputing the amount to be paid, rather then approach taken in getting the money.
Your delivery driver training is failing then as there was most definitely no plastic covers worn. I don’t appreciate you insinuating that I’m lying, or recognising that improvements can be made.
Your prices are a joke, and a work of fiction. You are pushing the letter of the law to the limit with your approach here. I’d love for you to be able to advise when the goods purchased were actually available for the higher price?
