Exceptional in every way

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Niall at Factory Weights as we established our new training facility Grit Collective. The service, advice and quality of the equipment is second to none. He’s guided us through layout and design, provided exceptional advice to ensure we’ve ended up with the right equipment for our members needs, and when things haven’t quite worked out it’s been hassle free resolving the issues.

The quality of what we’ve ended up with is truly exceptional for the price. So glad we chose to work with them and looking forward to growing with them.

Truly five star in every way.

Melissa Stagg - 5 star

We travelled to Vietnam and Cambodia. Having originally booked in 2019, covid obviously disrupted things. Melissa was incredible throughout the whole pandemic and the organisations overall approach was fair and pragmatic.

The trip itself was excellent, from start to finish, delivering against all the asks we made and expectations we’d built over three years of waiting!!! It’s our second time using Audley and won’t be the last.

Review of Beer Hawk

Company in distress

I was brought a Beer bods subscription as a gift. After 1 of 3 deliveries, the company took the decision to cease trading?!? Transferring the credit to Beer Hawk.
Upon placing an order with beer hawk, a week elapsed, upon chasing, they didn’t know what I’d ordered, and couldn’t complete the order due to stock issues. I can only assume the company is either scaling to quickly and has terrible management, or is about to fold and go bust.

No results

Ordered a day 2 test, along with a number of other friends I was travelling with. Did the test, actually no problems at the risley, Warrington site. Currently 6 days later no results, two Lateral Flows have been clear. But like many, feels like robbery

My worst customer service experience EVER

Firstly, don't believe the "discounts" offered on the website or the fact that the discount will end anytime soon. I assure you it won't!

Once you have ordered your items, its probable that one of them will be discontinued. Once this happens, expect to take accountability for revised your own invoice, as they won't return that element of the 50% deposit taken.

Delivery services are then highly inflexible. If you aren't available on the day they want to deliver, you'll wait until it suits them to redeliver the items.

When the delivery team do turn up they will certainly leave their shoes on, walking mud etc through the property with no consideration. They'll definitely the forget to ask you for payment, but lie to the office so that the office thinks that you are a credit risk.

What will than follow is your phone ringing over and over again, until you are able to answer it to make the payment. Despite explaining the customer service that you've received to the Customer Service Supervisor (Ki******) she will and I quote "Fail to see what the problem is"

At which point you give up, make the payment and write a review for others to read in the hope that they will choose a different supplier.

@Designersofas4u I’m not disputing the amount to be paid, rather then approach taken in getting the money.

Your delivery driver training is failing then as there was most definitely no plastic covers worn. I don’t appreciate you insinuating that I’m lying, or recognising that improvements can be made.

Your prices are a joke, and a work of fiction. You are pushing the letter of the law to the limit with your approach here. I’d love for you to be able to advise when the goods purchased were actually available for the higher price?

Thank you for the feedback, we value your opinion.

We sorry that you not happy at this instance, I have looked into your case and have spoken to our advisers to establish the facts and have noticed that we have delivered your goods on 50% payment on delivery terms which was outstanding hence our team member was calling you to settle the amount as we have delivered the goods safely.

In regards to our discount and delivery schedule, we clearly mention on our website without any misleading. We ring our customers 3 weeks in advance to schedule the date, also we do call day before the delivery date and on the day our drivers do ring before 30 minutes. On every stage we provide sufficient information to our customers.

In regards to your comment about delivery men - our drivers are professionally trained with all the procedure in place. They always take the shoes off or use plastic cover on top of the shoes to avoid any issues. I'd made a number of Internet enquires one Sunday evening. David Shaw was one of the first people to follow this up on Monday morning and I instantly got a sense he would work hard to get me the right deal.

Thankfully my initial sense was correct. David was helpful, prompt, communicative and professional throughout, geniune credit to select car leasing. I'll be back in two years for two more cars
