Rolgordijn uitgekozen op o.a. levertijd van 2 dagen. Na 6 dagen nog niks ontvangen. Pakket blijkt nog niet aangemeld bij PostNL. Na telefonisch contact blijkt voor een dergelijk 'groot' pakket een levertijd van 14 dagen te gelden. Dat was nergens aangegeven.
De klantenservice lijkt ook niet in staat om er iets aan te doen... Echt waardeloos!

Ik heb nog ff gekeken en zie nergens staan dat deze items een langere levertijd hebben. Ik zie echter wel bij het artikel en bij het afrekenen staan dat de levering binnen 48 uur is. Ik zou zeggen, pas dit aan zodat het voor iedereen duidelijk is.
Eerlijkheid gebied wel te zeggen dat het rolgordijn idd gister is aangekomen en die bevalt prima. Maar het gaat in dit geval vooral om miseleiding rondom de levertijd.

At first I didn't have much faith in ordering here but I wanted to try it because of the nice prices and large assortment. Delivery took a little more time than expected but the quality is really nice. Make sure to measure accurately which size you have. I had some difficulty in finding the right size for the coat (M European size should be 2 XL in Asian measuring). I should have kept it safe because the coat I've ordered was a little too small (sizes of coats should be a little bigger than sweaters). The taylor said I have many options to fix it so still no big problem, I might eat a little less this Christmas ;)

On May 13th 2016 I've ordered a Sky Angel RC F16 with additional batteries and a receiver/transmitter. I've used the online chatservice to guide me for selecting the suitable components and I've paid by creditcard since I have no Paypal account. I noticed that some extra costs were charged which weren't mentioned on the invoice, I assume these were import duties. This was not mentioned clearly when I ordered the items.
After having waited 5 weeks I contacted HobbyKing about the status of my order. I received a reply that they had the goods ready (what a coincidence) but I had to send my creditcard information again. I've informed on the internet and this seemed to be the standard procedure (ok, that's new to me?).
By the end of June I finally received the ordered items. I immediately noticed that some parts were bended/distorted. Luckily these parts were not so important. The manual for assembling the aeroplane was very poor, I had to use the internet to see how the servo rods needed to be mounted. Then I was unable to connect the batteries since the connectors weren't matched with the electronics aboard the aeroplane so I had to buy the right (bullet) connectors at a local shop and I've soldered the connectors manually. Since I've explicitly asked HobbyKing whether these were the suitable parts I was unpleased that I had to find this out myself.
Most annoying fact was that I was unable to "bind" the receiver to the transmitter. After having tried almost everything I stated that the receiver was a DOA so I filed a complaint at HobbyKing. I had to upload a video onto youtube displaying the item to be faulty. This all went quite smoothly and HobbyKing shipped out a replacement receiver.
After having waited 2 weeks I could clearly see that something was wrong with the delivery since tracking the package displayed a loop. I contacted HobbyKing but they stubbornly held onto the fact that shipment could take 45 days. This service was quite poor. Then I noticed that HobbyKing had left out the number of my address in this new replacement shipment. I asked them to solve this but they just simply put the responsibility by me. Ok, that's quite rude... After a few weeks the package was returned to their warehouse and I asked them to apply the correct address in which the number on the street should be added. HobbyKing promised that they would do so and shipped out the package again.They also tried to charge me for the shipping costs but after I showed some fury they settled and took the costs for themselves.
Then I noticed that they've left out the streetnumber AGAIN! I've contacted them but they wanted to wait whether the package was able to reach my address anyway. Logically it didn't and was returned. This routine happened again and again, the amount of time I've put into this is simply unbelievable! I've asked for a refund but they were only able to refund the receiver which is worth near to nothing. They just didn't understand that, without this item, the whole plane and transmitter is useless. They could also only refund by using paypal (I'm not taking a paypal account just because of this?) or a coupon. AS IF I EVER WANT TO PURCHASE ANY ITEM AT THIS STORE AGAIN?!
After having spent many hours chatting and 60 mails later, another colleague interveined and sent me a new package/receiver and it arrived in November. I've installed everything and the plane is fully functional. The problem is that I will never get a refund for all the time spent trying to get the items I've paid for. The service was really very poor, they just kept silent for over more than a week and just were unable to reply to me normally. As if I was assisted by a computer or an autistic. I will never ever order anything there and will strongly advise anybody not to order at this store. I can imagine that if everything goes smoothly, this store is ideal since they are cheap but don't expect them to solve your problem correctly when problems occur...
BIG THUMBS DOWN, but I do rate a two star since they did manage to solve the problem after 6 months... Only because I preserved my patience with these no-brainers.
