The packaging and communication was…

The packaging and communication was excellent which was good. However the pallet on which the items were strapped to was missing a support so when they unloaded the whole consignment flipped over and ended up in the middle of the road. Not D and M fault but not a great start.

Review of Worktop Express

Good worktops packaging should be improved

The order process was good and the worktops were delivered on time. However there was no protective packaging around the edges which were extremely venerable, the plastic was torn on the edges and there were marks under the tears on the worktop. Thankfully they did not scratch the surface and could be polished out. Good worktops packaging not up to the job.
