Items arrived on time and well packed. Great quality

So we ordered a bed. It suggested it would take 9 weeks to arrive.

That's a long time I thought but I liked the bed so we ordered.

Well.... it must have been hand crafted by golden monkeys who went on strike half way through because it took more than 9 weeks to arrive.

No one warned us of the delay, they said they only found out the day before because there had been 'lots of orders' (lots of orders 2 - 3 months ago yes... I think you could have figured that out).

They blamed their supplier, they did not keep me informed, no one ever apologised.

When it actually arrived it was much lighter than pictured. We actually preferred it. Lucky really as I would have been incredibly annoyed if it was late and awful.

I reviewed the product but my review was rejected because I spoke about the AWFUL service..... still no one apologises!!
