On my latest order and on every other order bar one, I would rate Blackwells very highly & I'm very happy to shop online from such a noble institution.
The single order that "went wrong" was a book that "went missing" during delivery. It took far too long to get a replacement and I got the feeling that I was repeatedly being asked for information that I had clearly stated when I made the original complaint.
Despite this I continue to shop at Blackwells.

The original carrier managed to lose my order but Lorraine at Medic Animal immediately arranged a replacement which was very promptly delivered by the helpful "Hermes" lady.
Good value and excellent service by Lorraine on the help desk; well supported by Hermes delivery driver.
