Great Deal on a New Tag Heuer

I was initially hesitant about buying a watch online, but when I found a fantastic deal on a brand new, ex-display TAG Heuer Aquaracer at Luxury eBoutique, I decided to take the plunge. The 2-year warranty provided peace of mind, ensuring that I’d be covered if anything went wrong. The customer service was exceptional, friendly, responsive and made the whole process a breeze. The watch was a gift for a friend and I was delighted that it arrived with all tags and protective covers intact, beautifully packaged and ready to impress. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely shop at Luxury eBoutique again!

Amazing customer service from Jonathan Scott

I cannot recommend Travel Centre enough! Jonathan Scott was our rep and he has provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He has made umpteen changes to our holiday package on our request and nothing has been too big of an ask. Normally I tend to book hotels/flights separately however TC were offering an unmissable package holiday deal, and I’m happy to have the reassurance of free cancellation during these times.

INSTRUCTIONS IGNORED

I was awaiting 2 parcels yesterday. The 1st parcel was Selfridges and I’d specifically selected a timed delivery slot between 5pm-8pm as I work 9am-4.30pm and I had requested the parcel to be left in my porch. I checked the tracking device and there was a note at 15.20pm to advise that the parcel could not be delivered as no-one was in to sign. Firstly the parcel was delivered at the wrong time and secondly i’d asked for the parcel to be left in my porch. The second parcel was from John Lewis and I’d also requested the parcel to be left in my porch. Instead I received a note to say no-one was there to sign! The delivery instructions were continuously ignored by the delivery driver! The parcels were for a baby shower that I have to attend today and now I have to go out of the way to collect 2 parcels at different locations.
